| We deliver the majority of orders same day, or next business day, subject to the time of day the order is paid. Pay for your order before the cutoff time (typically 2pm, but subject to your location) and we’ll deliver same-day – normally within a few hours. Once your order is submitted, you will receive a payment request. When your payment is received your delivery window is confirmed. The exception is a small minority of medications that are delivered via Australia Post (eg. Ozempic and Mounjaro) for which you should allow 5-7 business days for delivery. |
